Case Manager - BHJI/CSP (40hrs) 27 days ago Requisition ID: 3085 Salary Range: $22.00 To $23.00 Hourly SUMMARY: The BH-JI/CSP Case Manager must have basic knowledge of mental health and addiction recovery processes, services, and resources. Basic knowledge of the criminal justice/probation/parole system is beneficial. This role requires knowledge of and experience with community resources and referral systems and/or the ability to work in collaboration with community-based providers and agencies with exceptional customer service. The case manager must be able to multi-task, manage caseload of approximately 17-20 patients, and track multiple required tasks using CRM software system.
