EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager Aide to join the Bronx Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Program.
+ Wage: $18 to $20 per hour
+ Schedule: Monday- Friday: 9AM-5PM
+ Location: 1020 Grand Concourse North Professional Wing, Bronx NY 10451
What drives the core purpose of this job:
The Case Manager Aide is responsible for assisting the Case Management Unit in all aspects of its operations of the program.
