• Influence and persuade customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of names, addresses, and follow‑up activities in Salesforce CRM
• Perform heavy phone work, making 150+ calls per day
• Build instant rapport with callers over the phone
