Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Carrier Implementation Specialist to support the transformation of employee benefits census data into carrier-specific formats. This role involves converting data from Benefits Administration systems (e.g., Employee Navigator, Ease, PlanSource) into structured, macro-enabled Excel templates required by insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will be an Excel power user with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Convert and manipulate large datasets exported from Benefits Administration platforms into carrier-specific Excel templates.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, and macros/VBA to ensure compliance with carrier specifications.
