We are seeking a dependable and motivated Commercial Carpenter with experience in rough carpentry, commercial job sites, and equipment operation. This role will support a variety of commercial construction projects and requires someone who can work hands-on in the field while also helping mentor and guide younger crew members.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial rough carpentry and framing work
- Read and follow construction plans, layouts, and measurements
- Operate small construction equipment and machinery safely
- Assist with general labor and job site support as needed
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
