Pay Rate: £18.00 - £22.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Employment: Direct employment – no umbrella companies or payroll admin fees.

Job Roles

• Erect and install timber frame structures on site
• Carry out first and second fix carpentry tasks
• Read and work from technical drawings and plans
• Assemble and fit doors, floors, roofs, and frameworks
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow health & safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue or above preferred)
• Proven experience in timber frame and general carpentry
