Ansept Construction is looking for a skilled Carpenter to elevate project standards. Enjoy a hands-on role while mentoring and guiding tradespeople on both residential and commercial sites across Western Canada.
In this position as a Journeyman Carpenter, you’ll serve as a senior technical authority, ensuring that all carpentry work meets high-quality standards. Your experience will also be vital in mentoring the next generation of carpenters, contributing to their development while overseeing project execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality in carpentry work
• Carry out intricate installations and finishing touches
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and crew members
• Assess project drawings to mitigate potential challenges
• Coordinate with the Site Superintendent for resource planning
Requirements:
• Journeyman Carpenter certification (Red Seal preferred)
• At least 5 years of varied carpentry experience
