Job Description

What you’ll do:

The successful candidate is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences in alignment with Swan Valley Co-op’s guiding statements. Reporting to the Installed Sales Manager, they are responsible for all labour related tasks associated with installed sales. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with customers to determine the scope and components included in the project
  • Ensuring the quality and condition of all merchandise and installation meets a standard of excellence
  • Assisting with erecting and dismantling of forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, and barricades 
  • Communicating any complaints, concerns, or warranty issues, and assisting with assessment and placement of claims for damaged or faulty merchandise to the Installed Sales Manager
  • Operating and maintaining various power tools
