CARPENTER

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications, working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products.

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements
• Take accurate measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g., fiberglass) according to measurements
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings using raw or pre-constructed materials
• Lay out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are level and properly aligned
• Carve, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items at designated locations
