North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewan's leading home builder, is seeking a Carpenter to join our Regina team. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the purpose of the Carpenter position is to perform all residential construction carpentry duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete construction tasks in a timely manner, as assigned by the site supervisor.
• Advise site supervisor of materials requirements on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Respond to change orders.
• Manage and work with subcontractors.
• Complete items identified on quality assurance and/or walk through list.
