Job Overview

Performs construction, maintenance, and repair of Namerind properties, grounds, and equipment to maximize occupancy. Adheres to regulatory and legislated provisions, including safety regulations, and Namerind standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs construction, maintenance, and repair work including, but not limited to, drywalling, tiling, hanging doors, repairing stairs, siding, shingling, installing sub‑floors, lock systems, etc.
• Determines and recommends materials, equipment, and supplies needed; purchases/orders materials; ensures inventory maintained.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment (e.g., chainsaws, drills, levels, compressors, nailers, ladders, etc.).
• Follows through on daily work orders and priorities; submits reports on status of work performed; identifies issues requiring follow‑up.
