Job Description:

MEMCO is hiring Skilled Rough Carpenters for a short-term project in Portland, TX. The job involves installing plywood as part of a waterproofing process. Candidates must have experience with plywood installation and framing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Install plywood sheathing for waterproofing preparation
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Measure, cut, and secure materials to structure
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow directions from supervisor and complete tasks on time

    • Requirements:

  • Must have own tools and PPE (including steel-toe boots)
  • Proven experience with rough carpentry and plywood installation
  • Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
  • Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
