**Responsibilities**
+ Perform framing tasks on a new construction project
+ Assist with backframing on a six-story walk-up
+ Collaborate with various sub-trades
+ Adhere to safety standards and protocols
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of framing experience
+ Proficiency in using hand tools
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs
+ Comfortable with general labor tasks
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Possession of a car
+ Fall Protection certification
