An established property services contractor is looking for experienced Carpenter Multis to join their team working in and around Winchester. This is a temp to perm opportunity, working on a long-term social housing maintenance contract carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties. The Role: Carry out carpentry repairs in occupied and void properties Complete first and second fix carpentry works Undertake additional multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating Diagnose repair issues and complete work to a high standard Respond to reactive maintenance jobs Keep tenants informed of work being carried out Complete job sheets and records as required What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or equivalent experience Experience working within ...
