Location: Walton on Thames and surrounding 
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Rate: £22 PH (CIS)

About the Role:


Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s disrepair team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings


  • Carry out secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling)




  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
