Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our client’s Property Maintenance Team across the Berkshire area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll carry out a wide range of carpentry work across residential properties. As much of the role involves travelling, we provide a company van and fuel card so you won’t be out of pocket.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Carpenter in the Property Repairs Team, you’ll be responsible for:
* 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
* Installing windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)
* UPVC servicing and installation
* Locksmith work including gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking
* All types of fencing: posts, feather edge, chain link, panels
* Kitchen fitting, assembly, and minor joinery
What You’ll Get:
* £335 yearly tool allowance
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to 30
* 3 paid wellbeing days
