Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trader Location: Swindon (and surrounding Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Swindon and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role covering Swindon, Salisbury, Gloucester, Witney, Banbury and Bicester, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Completing both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks including doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and general woodwork repairs.
