Carpenter - Modular Installation

Overview

Tasu Construction is seeking 1 highly skilled carpenter for Modular Installation. The role is a hands-on position with projects throughout Western Canada. Work arrangements include local on-site duties (Monday to Friday) and remote site work with a 2-week on, 1-week off rotation. Successful candidates will become permanent members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Daily carpentry and labour tasks for the construction of camp and modular facilities, from foundation to finish.
• Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Repairing and renovating modular buildings.
• Building stairs, decks, landings and covered entrances.
• Rigging and setting on foundations with trucks and/or cranes.
• Load and unload materials and move them to designated work areas.
• Maintain constant attention to safety and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
