This role focuses on rough carpentry on a commercial job site. Interior finish and new extension work.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough carpentry tasks
- Interpret and follow construction drawings
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
- Work both indoors and outdoors
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry.
- Hands-on experience with rough carpentry, including backing and grade beams.
- CSTS certification.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Skilled in the safe use of carpentry tools, equipment, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites and follow established safety procedures.
