About the Role

We are looking for experienced, well‑rounded carpenters to join our Residential Construction team. The role involves working on a variety of projects from small renovations to new builds, covering foundations, framing, and finishing. Candidates should be safety‑mindful, willing to teach and learn, and eager to grow within the trade.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, renovate and repair residential and commercial structures, frameworks, and fixtures.
• Use and maintain company tools and equipment, including hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and report safety hazards or incidents.
• Assist in training 1st‑year apprentices and general labourers from other communities.
• Build and use temporary access structures such as scaffolding.
