Carpenter

Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:

Strong understanding of finishing carpentry techniques such as; Drywall hanging, taping and mudding; Flooring, trim, door and cabinet installation; Insulation and vapour barrier installation; Painting of trim and walls; ; etc.

Proficient in the use of power and manual tools as well as measurement devices.

Can complete work with a high level of accuracy and efficiently.

Is able to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job

Accurately measurements and calculates the size and amount of material needed.

Cuts, shapes and finishes lumber and other materials according to measurements.

Must work well in team environment and be flexible to changing requirements.

Must have a good work ethic
