Carpenter

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Execution:
Directly oversee and participate in the fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry, wardrobes, and feature walls.
Team Supervision:
Manage a team of local and foreign skilled carpenters. You must be able to communicate tasks clearly and maintain high morale on-site.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with Interior Designers (IDs) and Project Managers to ensure site measurements are accurate and timelines are met.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct stringent 'Level & Square' checks. Ensure finishing (laminates, edging, and hinges) meets luxury standards before handover.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all worksites comply with
WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) Act
and
MOM
regulations.
Material Management:
Manage inventory and hardware (Blum, Hafele, etc.) to minimize wastage and prevent project delays. Required Skills & Qualifications
