Client Specific Tasks:

System Support & Technical Leadership:

  • Act as the lead technical authority for CargoWise One across the organization.
  • Provide advanced support for complex functional, configuration, workflow, and reporting issues.
  • Define best practices, standards, and governance for CargoWise development and configuration.
  • Mentor and support other CargoWise analysts, administrators, or developers.

Workflow & Automation:

  • Architect, design, and maintain advanced CargoWise Workflow processes, including complex tasks, triggers, milestones, and branching logic.
  • Develop and optimize sophisticated rules for automation, validation, compliance, and document generation.
  • Review and approve workflow and changes to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
