Job Title : CargoWise Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in CargoWise (WiseTech) software to manage ticket handling, workflow configuration, implementation testing, and production support. The role involves coordinating with users, customizing reports, managing financial modules, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Management & Support o Handle end-to-end support tickets through CargoWise Ticket Management. o Configure workflows for ticket escalation, tracking, triggers, and milestones. o Provide timely resolution and documentation of support cases.
