Job Description
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Caretaker to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, secure, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant. You will be joining our Facilities Management team based at Arbour Vale School in Slough. This is a full‑time role with alternating shift patterns between the working hours of 6:30AM – 6PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out day‑to‑day caretaking duties according to the daily schedule, such as attending to any repairs logged on the Help Desk or reported by the Site Manager.
- Performing daily litter pick of school grounds, changing external bins, sweeping external areas and checking toilets.
- Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in accordance with each school’s schedule, e.g., twice‑weekly flushing of outlets, weekly Sprinkler Alarm test, weekly Fire Alarm Test, monthly Fire Door and Fire Extinguisher Checks.
