Status:On-call Emergency
Schedule:On Call: Alternate weeks 4:00pm to 8:30am and holidays
Function:The primary responsibility of the caretaker is to be available for on-site emergency maintenance. Must respond to all alarms on alternate week nights, alternate weekends, and on call Holidays. Other tasks include maintaining the trash compactor during on-call times, communicating with the monitoring company and other security tasks as assigned.
