Job Description

We are actively looking for a Resident Manager to provide ongoing support to the on-site management team. This role is a live on site role in the Greater Vancouver region.

    • Responsibilities

  • Show suites and provides prospective Residents with an application if they are deemed a good fit for the building

  • Manage the rental process for Residents, which includes all the required paper work for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers

  • Treat applicants and Residents with courtesy and respect, and address any problems or concerns.

  • Prepares vacant suites for new Residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning and painting;

  • Deal with Resident issues regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property.
