Company Overview:


Due to continued growth and expansion, our client now has a temporary requirement for a Caretaker to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

Role Overview:


Maintaining safe, clean, and secure school premises, including managing building security (locking/unlocking), performing minor repairs, maintaining grounds, and overseeing heating, lighting, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

  • Security & Access: Locking and unlocking buildings, managing alarms, and acting as a key holder for emergency call-outs.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Undertaking routine maintenance and minor repairs to fixtures and fittings, including lighting, plumbing, and painting.
