Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Conduct equipment inspections and upkeep
• Manage supplies and coordinate logistics
• Assemble and prepare spaces for usage
• Execute small repairs and follow up on issues
Requirements:
• Three years of related work experience
• Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
• Knowledge of general construction practices
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg
• Basic English speaking capability
