This full-time role in the HNHB Branch is essential for delivering quality clinical practice support. As a Clinical Practice Lead, you’ll work closely with the Professional Practice Research & Education Team while facing the challenge of driving strategic goals in community health services. Your participation in on-call duties reflects our commitment to outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical education and mentorship to staff
• Collaborate with regional management on health services
• Approve and monitor compliance with health regulations
• Sustain quality management practices in nursing
• Promote community health services proactively
Requirements:
• Valid RN/RPN registration with the CNO
• At least 2 years of community nursing experience
