Purpose

The Career Development Coordinator works in partnership with Employment Officers to promote, deliver, and monitor career development opportunities for Participants of the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (GCLCA). The role operates in accordance with relevant policies, program guidelines, and directives while embedding Gwich’in values such as Respect, Honesty, Our Stories, Honor, Laughter, Kindness, Sharing, and Caring into program delivery.
