Purpose:
Under the direction of the Associate Director, Career Advising and Design, the Career Design Advisor works as a member of the Centre for Career Design (CCD) team to develop and deliver comprehensive career design curriculum and content that equips all Schulich students with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful job search and professional growth across key industries and sectors. The role gathers information to ensure content remains up-to-date and relevant, while also integrating digital and Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance career exploration and planning. Through one-to-one advising, group workshops, and tailored support for diverse student cohorts, the role facilitates the development of career design skills and provides guidance at all stages of the career exploration process.
