What You'll Do:

Lead student engagement and retention initiatives

Provide advanced academic advising and student support

Collaborate with faculty, admissions, and leadership teams

Drive data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes

Design and evaluate academic support programs and workshops

Train, mentor, and support academic counselors

Contribute to enrollment and retention strategies

What We're Looking For:

4 -6 years of experience in academic counseling, student success, or academic advising
