Career Conversion Programme (AnT) - Operations Technician (Pilot Plant)

The CCP (Attach-and-Train) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

The training programme is a 15‑month structured on‑the‑job training with GSK. It is only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. Monthly training allowances are CPF exempted.

• Set‑up, maintain and repair Pilot Plant equipment and instruments to maximise plant availability and minimise product changeover times within the framework of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and EHS.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all instruments and equipment in the Pilot Plant.
