Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group career coaching regarding job searches in technical fields
- Respond to student career concerns via email and track outcomes in CRM
- Implement coaching strategies to ensure students are competitive candidates
- Hold students accountable to placement rate goals and program policies
- Support career curriculum, resource development, and webinar facilitation
- Escalate and develop intervention plans for students of concern
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in coaching, advising, or workforce development
- Experience supporting job searches for technical roles
- Knowledge of the tech hiring process and job search tactics
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LMS, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
