We have an excellent opportunity for a Community Care Worker in Chesterfield to work with a company who have been awarded Outstanding in Caring by the CQC.

About the role
 There will be a care plan and your tasks will vary depending on the person you are supporting. As a Community Care Worker, your responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
  • Providing support with going to the toilet or managing continence care
  • Helping with bathing or showering 
  • Provide support with getting dressed
  • Administrative task include recording information on the visits
  • Flagging up any potential issues
