This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity to join the team as a Team Leader at Rathmore House, Central and Cecil. Supported by the Home Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and supervising a dedicated team of caring professionals, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered every day. Working closely with your team, you'll inspire best practice, support residents to live fulfilling lives, and create a warm, welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You'll have previous experience providing personal and social care to older people in a residential setting. A minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential, and you'll either be working towards a Level 3 qualification or be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development within the sector.
