Care & Support Worker

Purpose

As a Support Worker within the Care and Support Team, you will provide autonomous assistance to support the independence, choice, inclusion, and control of the people we care for, ensuring that care and support is of a high standard, person‑centred, and delivered within budget.

Location & Travel

This role will be based at our Delrow Community in Watford.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver support and care to foster well‑being and development, recording and reviewing progress in line with person‑centred support plans.
• Assist with daily living tasks: maintain a clean environment, use laundry equipment, plan menus, shop, cook, and handle safe storage.
• Help arrange and attend medical appointments, budget, access benefits, maintain tenancy, monitor finances, and liaise with landlords.
