Criteria
  • qualifications in Social Work, Allied Health, Community Services, or a related qualifications will be considered based on the Support at Home Manual scope of acceptable qualifications.
    (including Registered or Enrolled Nurses with current AHPRA registration – Division 1 or 2)
  • You’ll be open to travel, balancing community visits with clients and time in a vibrant office environment
  • Understanding of Home Care Packages/Support at Home, My Aged Care, and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Strong commitment to supporting older adults to remain living independently in their homes
  • Well-developed communication, planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and participant management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external service providers
