Job Title: Care Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH Work Setting: Office Job Type: Part-time with potential full time employment Schedule: Monday-Friday  9am-5pm plus on-call rotation Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr plus on-call pay (extra $550/week when on call).
