Holston Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Chart Review professional to coordinate maintenance healthcare needs across multiple providers. You will review patient charts, flag issues using EMR alerts, and initiate orders under predefined protocols to support quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires 3–5 years nursing experience, an LPN license or MA certification, and strong communication and organization skills to work independently within a busy office environment.
