Care Assistant

Thornfield Care Home is situated on the outskirts of the lovely seaside town of Seaton which is located on the world‑famous Jurassic Coast and is registered for 52 residents.

Thornfield Care Home has achieved a Carehome.co.uk score of 9.6, and the latest CQC inspection took place in September 2025 and was awarded ‘Good’ across all areas.

Due to the growing occupancy of the home, we are looking for caring people to join our expanding team and to be part of Thornfield’s continuing success story.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour
• Paid breaks
• Enhanced overtime rate
• Shifts are: 7.30am – 20.15, 7.30am – 14.15, 14.00 – 20.00
• Paid DBS, company pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
