Care and Support Worker

We are looking for a Care and Support Worker to join our Lifestyles Community Services team, supporting individuals to live with greater independence, wellbeing and choice in line with their goals and aspirations. This role is based within Lifestyles Community Services in Herne, with sleep night shifts available in both Herne and Faversham. Typical sleep night hours are 21:00 to 09:00. You will provide high‑quality physical, emotional and social support, helping service users with personal care, daily living skills, meals, moving safely, community involvement and building confidence and independence. We are unable to offer sponsorship or a switch of sponsorship for this role.
