Your role

• Support customers with physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
• Work as a key worker to help individuals create and follow care and support plans
• Provide personalised care, including sensitive personal care and safe medication management
• Assist customers with daily routines such as getting up, washing, and dressing
• Support customers to access the community, including shops, cafés, friends, and appointments
