Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Credit Card Dispute processes
- Analyze and document dispute data flows involving Merchant, Network, and Customers
- Provide insights and recommendations for dispute data remediation and process improvement
- Understand and advise on regulatory and compliance aspects of credit card dispute processing (optional)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex dispute scenarios
- Support the business in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track dispute trends and operational performance
