  • Support Staff: RN: 2, MA: 4, PA/NPs: 2, Office Staff: 2
  • Trauma Level: 3
  • Call:
    • call ratio 50%
    • phone consults 2
    • patients seen 1
    • admissions 1

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Licensed in Alaska
  • Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
  • Fellowship Required
