We are looking for a customer‑oriented and organized car rental employee to strengthen our team in Rovaniemi. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that the customer’s journey starts and ends smoothly – and that the fleet and daily operations are under control.
The workday can sometimes be fast‑paced – especially during peak seasons – but a good team and effective procedures keep everything under control.
What does the work involve?
- Customer service via phone, email, and on‑site (Finnish and English)
- Car handovers and returns
- Handling rental agreements and payments
- Transferring cars between different locations
- Car inspections and cleaning
- Other daily tasks related to car rental operations
