**Salary Range:** $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
**THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR COMMISSION-BASED COMPENSATION, OFFERING ADDITIONAL EARNING POTENTIAL BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS.**
The Capture & Proposal Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new government contract opportunities for contact center (BPO) services. This role owns the full lifecycle of proposal development from proactive opportunity sourcing through submission focused on federal, state, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while advancing the organization’s mission to employ individuals who are blind, visually impaired, Veterans, and people with disabilities.
