Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of service staff during assigned shifts

  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and guest satisfaction

  • Welcome guests, take orders, and provide menu and beverage recommendations

  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards

  • Assist supervisors and managers with reports and other assigned duties
