Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and update the market strategy for lubricants, varnishes, and colorants for the food industry (confectionery) through periodic price reviews, portfolio alignment, competitor analysis and trends, inventory management, positioning activities, sales analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Responsible for commercial and technical management with our distributors and direct customers, as well as generating new accounts.
• Support the CAPOL sales team by developing effective sales tools and planning/participating in customer visits and providing technical support.
• Provide training to customers and sales colleagues. 
• Propose and implement annual operational/budget plans.
• Attend and organize industry-specific exhibitions and seminars as appropriate. Participate as a member in associations or groups, as appropriate.
